'My First CrossFit Experience in Cayman'

'To me CrossFit has always been a mystical thing crazy people did until they made themselves sick, or ended up in a CrossFit fails video. But having known Matt - the owner of the Cayman CrossFit gym - for a year and a half and having many discussions with him about it, I was finally convinced his gym wasn\'t about doing insane things to hurt yourself. It\'s all about technique, and doing exercises the right way to maximize your results and more effectively use your time. Health and balance is what they\'re all about.   As you can see from the video, a 17 minute workout including weight training, burpees and a rowing machine kicked my behind.
