'- Since 345 CrossFit became an Affiliate in 2018, , School of Fitness has expanded tremendously with its members, and believe in the program of constantly varyIng your exercises. As such School of Fitness puts on programs ranging from CrossFit Kids classes, to Kick Boxing to Zumba. We provide for all walks of life and have instilled ourselves in the local community. “I’m so proud of the community we’ve built,” said Coach Rod. “We don’t do anything special. We play the same music as every other Box.”  However, 345 CrossFit point is different in huge ways. The members of the Box don’t just stay inside their own little world — or Box rather. Instead, they look to volunteer. “We are simply a community of like-minded people who want to give back,” said Rod.  We are CrossFitters for a Cause and a non-profit Box made up of School of Fitness. We look to organize the use of the Box to support and help various charities. “We have so many resources inside the Box, and we are so entrenched in the community,” said Rod. Our Gym is not about the money.
