This will help you maintain a consistent fitness program. We will track you progress to help you stay on track and to make any needed changes as your fitness levels change.   Pn1 Certified Nutrition Coach We will help educate you about food choices and meal planning. Providing guidance on dinning out so you can still enjoy eating out while still eating healthy. Eating healthy is a big part of reaching your goals but it also has to taste good that is why we regularly post recipes, healthy foods, and snacks in our newsletter. Recommendations on supplements in provided based on your goals. Keeping in mind your health status and any contraindications with medications you may be taking at the time. We will also will work closely with your health care provider to make your getting the most out of your training.  FLEXIBILITY & MYOFASCIAL STRETCHING We will teach you how to effectively use self-massage manipulation to increase mobility and improve performance.
