'CHALLENGE!  Beginners: Do each move 10 times and then cycle completely through. Once every move is done 10 times and each hold for 30 seconds, you start all the way again from the beginning. Cycle through as many time as you can for 30 minutes!  Intermediate: Each move 10-25 times, holds for 30 and cycle through as many times as you can for 30 minutes.  Advanced: Each move 20-50 times, holds for 30 and cycle through as many times as you can for 30 minutes.
