Add the syrup and gelatin to whipped egg whites and whip for 5 min. Add food coloring and orange zest. 3. Giant M&M\'s: one piece • glaze 28 oz • milk chocolate 3.3 lbs • heavy cream 4 cups • butter 1 lb • roasted peanuts 10 oz • sugar 1 cup • water 4 tbsp Melt half of the glaze. Mix the food coloring in. Pour the glaze into the molds and let it set. Melt the rest of the glaze and make a second layer. For the filling heat up heavy cream and add the chocolate. Keep mixing and boil for a couple of minutes. Let it cool and refrigerate for 30 min. To make caramel melt sugar with water. Add roasted peanuts.
