'Everyone loves a good Chilli con Carne. Cooked with steak , no minced beef here. This is my Mexican twist on a very popular dish. Extremely easy to make. Cooked in a slow cooker/croc pot. Great combination of flavours and of course Momma can\'t help singing and dancing. Momma shares her fond memories from when she lived in Celaya, Mexico as a teenager,'
