'I went to sleep and woke up with a deep desire to throw down some sticky pork belly. Whenever I dream of a dish I just have to give it a try. As usual I just wing it and go with my inner feelings. I love cooking and this dish had me jumping for joy with how it turned out. Added the noodles at the last minute and they took the dish to another level....a heavenly level of  utter deliciousness. Asian inspired soul food the Momma Cherri way.'
