'Crossfit 7 Mile on Grand Cayman'

'A little doc about my time at 7 Mile Crossfit on Grand Cayman. A friend opened the gym in January and they are doing so well. They imported  head trainer Chris Spigner from USA and he is a SOLID! Featured is Jen Chailler completing the 2011 Crossfit Games WOD. She is an incredible athlete and pushed the score of 290 in this video to 306 later that week! Congrats to her as she pushed the top 5% of Crossfit Athletes.  Lastly is my little WOD. I made up a workout that wouldn\'t exhaust me so I could continue training in the sand but also challenge my anaerobic capacity and recovery time.'
