Seriously everyone, give it a shot. It\'s not terribly expensive to make and with a little bit of love you can make a lot of people happy.  The marinade. The batter. The Sauce. The pancake.  I\'m going to make this again. I will make it BETTER!  The Breading:   1.5 Cups AP Flour 1/2 Cup Potato Starch 2TBL Garlic Powder 1.5 TBL Chili Powder 2tsp sea Salt 1tsp Black Pepper   Marinade:  One Large Orange, skin removed 3oz Lemon Juice 6oz Ponzu 1/2 Large yellow onion, diced 1 clove garlic 1 tap sea salt 1 tsp black pepper 1tbl Sesame Oil  Blend until smooth in any blender, pour onto chicken to cover.   16oz Chicken Thigh, cut I to 1/2 inch cubes  Marinate over night.   Slaw:  1 - head of cabbage, shredded 1-  bunch cilantro, chopped 1 - bunch Green onions, sliced 1 - hot house cucumber, sliced 1- cup rice vinegar 1 tbl - garlic powder 1tsp - chili Powder  1tbl Sesame Oil  Salt and Pepper to taste Toss the entire salad until completely coated  Pancake:  1.5 Cup Kodiak Pancake mix 1.5 Cups water 1 whole egg 1.5 tbl vegetable oil 1/2 bunch cilantro 1tbl salt 1tsp black pepper  1tbl Garlic Powder       Follow me on Social Media:  Instagram @Chefpaulreacts Twitter @Chefpk  Music By: https://soundcloud.com/lakeyinspired Join our Discord - https://discord.gg/a662KRA
