'About 32 million people have food allergies in the U.S. That\'s more than 10% of us, but most of us still don\'t understand basic facts about food allergies. We all hear a lot of misinformation about allergies whether we realize it or not. Like \"eating a little won\'t hurt you\", \"it\'s just a mild allergy\" or \"your allergies will get worse every time you eat [insert allergen here]\". These myths are dangerously wrong.
