'SAIGON\'S SNAIL LADY We fell in love with her story on the Saigon episode of Street Food by Netflix so we made it a point to find Mrs. Truoc\'s stall (aka the Snail Lady) on a recent trip to Vietnam.  I\'m so happy we did because we got to try several snail dishes and one clam dish, all of which were fantastic.  If you\'re a fan of snails and the Street Food series (and their feel good stories), then you should definitely visit her stall on your next trip to Ho Chi Minh City.
