'When I saw the series on Netflix I knew then I need to add to my bucket list. I will make it a mission to go to those asian countries and eat and meet (hopefully) those that were featured on the show. Where else should I start but my own country and my second home in the Philippines (next to Leyte) Cebu.  Too bad I missed out on Leslie’s Lechon due to time constraint but nonetheless the tuslob buwa, Bakasi and Lumpia experience was unforgettable.  Thanks to my friend Mark (director) who did this with me.'
